"In the years around 1883-1899 was owned by restaurateur Ernst Weist. In the
1883 year on the third floor lived a retired music director - Eugen
Trauwitz. In the years around 1899-1914 on the first floor living secretary
regency of Legnica, and (since about 1910) a financial adviser - Augustus Vogt.
In 1905 owner of the building was restaurateur's widow - Henrietta
Kubatschek nee Herwig, who lived on the ground floor. On the second floor
lived cadastral officer – Reinhold Quarder. In the years around 1905-1910
on the second floor lived city secretary (in 1910 the police secretary) Adolf Weide.

In the years around 1910-1919, the owner of the building and restaurant (in the 1919 it was
a tavern ) "Zum Reichsadler” was a restaurateur - Emil Mueller. In 1914,
year on the second floor lived widow – Bianca Warmuth nee Schlaubitz. In
1919 on the first floor living cinema operator, and also a carpenter -
Karl Barth. In 1921, the owner of the cinema ("Jupiter Lichtspielle") was
E. Hermann, who lived at. Green Street 3 (Zielona 3), and the administrator -
carpenter Karl Barth.

In 1926 the owner of the building and tavern was the workshop manager
Alois Langer, who in the years around 1926-1930 lived on the first floor.
Ran the tavern Ernst Seifert, who lived on the first floor. In the years
about 1914-1930 on the second floor lived painter master - Paul Hartramph.

In the years around 1930-1936 building was owned by the German Office
Postal and Telecommunications (in 1939, "Erholungsheim" Verw.-GmbH
d.Reichsbund. d Deutsch. Beamten). In 1930 the tavern
host was Karl Grossman. In the years around 1930-1939 on the first floor living
postman - Hermann Hindemith. On the second floor living a cobbler master -
Emil Gruendel. In the years 1933-1936 ran the tavern host - Alfred Strauch. On the second floor living widow - Klara Hartrampf nee Renner. In 1933 on the third floor lived a photographer - Hans Heep. In 1939 the tavern renter was host - Paul Jakob. On the first floor lived
Luisa Langer. On the second floor living cobbler master widow – Ida Gruendel
nee Brendel, seamstress Helen Merkel and
yardman - Erwin Naepelt. On the third floor lived a carpenter - Karl
Walter. "

"W latach ok. 1883-1899 właścicielem był restaurator Ernst Weist. W
1883 roku na III piętrze mieszkał emerytowany dyrektor muzyczny Eugen
Trauwitz. W latach ok. 1899-1914 na I piętrze mieszkał sekretarz
rejencji legnickiej i (od ok. 1910 roku) radca finansowy August Vogt.
W 1905 roku właścicielką była wdowa po restauratorze Henrietta
Kubatschek z domu Herwig, która mieszkała na parterze. Na II piętrze
mieszkał urzędnik katastralny Reinhold Quarder. W latach ok. 1905-1910
na II piętrze mieszkał sekretarz miejski (w 1910 roku sekretarz
policyjny) Adolf Weide.

W latach ok. 1910-1919 właścicielem kamienicy i restauracji (w 1919
roku gospody) "Zum Reichsadler" był restaurator Emil Mueller. W 1914
roku na II piętrze mieszkała wdowa Bianca Warmuth z domu Schlaubitz. W
1919 roku na I piętrze mieszkał operator kinowy, a zarazem stolarz -
Karl Barth. W 1921 roku właścicielem kina ("Jupiter Lichtspielle") był
E. Hermann, który mieszkał przy ul. Zielonej 3, a administratorem
stolarz Karl Barth.

W 1926 roku właścicelem kamienicy i gospody był kierownik warsztatu
Alois Langer, który w latach ok. 1926-1930 mieszkał na I piętrze.
Gospodę prowadził Ernst Seifert, który mieszkał na I piętrze. W latach
ok. 1914-1930 na II piętrze mieszkał mistrz malarski Paul Hartramph.

W latach ok. 1930-1936 kamienica była własnością niemieckiego urzędu
pocztowo-telekomunikacyjnego (w 1939 roku "Erholungsheim", Verw.-GmbH
d.Reichsbund. d Deutsch. Beamten). W 1930 roku gospodę prowadził
gospodnik Karl Grossmann. W latach ok. 1930-1939 na I piętrze mieszkał
pocztylion Hermann Hindemith. Na II piętrze mieszkał mistrz szewski
Emil Gruendel. W latach ok. 1933-1936 gospodę prowadził gospodnik
Alfred Strauch. Na II piętrze mieszkała wdowa Klara Hartrampf z domu
Renner. W 1933 roku na III piętrze mieszkał fotograf Hans Heep. W 1939
roku dzierżawcą gospody był gospodnik Paul Jakob. Na I piętrze
mieszkała Luisa Langer. Na II piętrze mieszkali wdowa po mistrzu
szewskim Ida Gruendel z domu Brendel, krawcowa Helena Merkel oraz
robotnik kolejowy Erwin Naepelt. Na III piętrze mieszkał stolarz Karl
Walter."
